Shipping Policy 
By using our website, you are acknowledging and accepting these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you disagree with any of these terms and/or conditions, we advise you not to use our website.
Processing:
Processing takes 5-7 business days (EXCLUDING All HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS) or can exceed that time due to the volume of orders received.
We process all orders in the order in which received unless the customer selects a different form of processing.
Same Day Processing is available.

Please refrain from contacting us via Instagram regarding orders we do not respond to Direct Messages. Any questions regarding orders should be via email or Facebook messenger. 
 
After Pay:
After Pay must send notification of clearance before your order is processed, This takes 2-3 business days. Once we receive approval, your order will be added to the queue for processing. 
Shipping:
The shipping method you choose at checkout does not determine how your parcel is processed; your shipping method is how USPS will handle your package.
Once you receive a tracking number for your order, please allow 24-72 hours for the scans to appear and update on the website.
COVID-19 USPS DELAYS: Effective 04/17/2020
There have been significant delays due to COVID-19 for more information visit the link below. 
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. There will be a fee associated with undeliverable packages. Once USPS returns the parcel, the customer is responsible for paying postage fees or canceled and refunded minus the shipping fees & 30% restocking fees; The customer will also be unable to place another order.
Address Confirmation:
If we receive notification that USPS can not confirm your address, we will send an email to confirm that your address is correct. Your order will not be able to be processed until your order address is verified. 
International Shipping:
International customers are responsible for customs fees if, in the event, the parcel is returned due to unpaid customs fees, customers will receive a refund minus postage and restocking fees.
 Lost or Damaged Packages 
The Glitter Life is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels; if you select first-class mail, you acknowledge that your package is not insured. Priority and Priority mail express are the only forms of mail that automatically come with insurance.

If your package is lost or damaged, please email detailed pictures to be filed along with your claim. No refunds will be offered; we will reship the items once a claim/investigation has been filed with USPS, which can take 2-4 weeks.
Order Cancelations:
All orders must be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order. 
Jar Sizes: 
We offer two sizes of jars, Ten-grams & One-Ounce Jars. 
Five-gram jars are our sample jars and only available for nail or other beauty-related classes.

Each jar is filled to the rim; please note that during transit, most glitters will settle. 
Some colors may vary due to lighting, monitors, and photography 
Coupon Codes:
Exclusions do apply to some coupon codes.
Returns:
Due to the nature of these products, I do not accept returns or exchanges.If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
Custom Roach Clips
If any issues occur ( Charm or Beads Fall off) with the custom roach clips within 30 days, we will send the customer a return label. We will fix the custom clip within 2-3 weeks of it being returned to us.
